A disappointing day for the Biden campaign as Barrack Obama has suggested Joe Biden drop out of the presidential race.
“Joe knows I love him. He knows I think he’d make an amazing President or crossing guard,” Obama told a group at a private event. “But I think the Democrats need to be trailblazers and nominate a woman in 2020, or [coughing] another man.”
When reached for comment, we were told Joe was sleeping. But seven hours later he issued the following statement to the press as he entered a Los Angeles hair salon:
“Obama’s words hold deep meaning for me. But let’s be honest, folks. He’s no Corn Pop. And Corn Pop thinks I should stay in the race. And I even hear I might be landing an endorsement from Tony the Tiger soon, but I don’t know. And now, if you excuse me, I must get my leg hair bleached before the debate.”
