LeBron James Tries To Clarify With Another China Tweet, Makes Things A Lot Worse

On Sunday night, LeBron James attempted to finally put the whole China controversy to bed. He may have been too honest.

At 7:35pm, James tweeted: “Let me clear up the controversy. Democracy is good, but lottsa money is gooder.”

The tweet has only been “liked” three times and The Glorious American has learned that one of those people was Chinese President Xi Jinping.

As the angry NBA press caught up with LeBron, he was noticeably defensive. “What now?!” he yelled. “I tip-toed around this issue and got blasted by the media. And now I speak from my heart and it’s still not any gooder?” James asked.

After LeBron had scolded the media for not being properly educated, he had to excuse himself to attend a Nike charity called: “Kids! They only make cents!”

Update: Since Rockets GM, Daryl Morey made his pro-Hong Kong tweet, the NBA has implemented a new Twitter rule that prohibits anyone from starting an international war.
