PARIS, FRANCE — After decades of being snubbed, Rep. Jerry Nadler was finally recognized as a contender for the 2023 Fashion Icon Award.
“Long overdue,” said E! fashion expert George Kotsiopoulos. “Modern style is increasingly edgy and groundbreaking, and Jerry has been keeping us on our heels for years.”
When asked for clarification, Kotsiopoulos explained, “When your average man puts on his pants, he usually stops around his waist. Not Jerry. His pants are like his dreams—always reaching for the stars.”
While this news is undoubtedly exciting for Nadler, fashion experts fear the Paris award show might be anticlimactic. Co-finalist Sofia Vergara has opted not to attend the ceremony, stating, “With the mustard stains on his shirt and his belt effortlessly skipping the loops, what chance do I have?”
