This week, CNN described Trump holding up the Bible as “troubling footage’. However, some astute viewers noticed that while Wolf Blitzer was describing Trump’s disturbing act, a man wielding a chainsaw was attacking a crowd of people.
“Now I want to comment on what we’re looking at here,” Blitzer began. “But first, I want to warn our viewers, this is graphic. If you have young children in the room, I would cover their eyes. Our president brazenly holding up a Bible. This is perhaps the most troubling footage CNN has ever shown.”
While Blitzer softly chastised Trump, many viewers’ eyes were drawn towards the left-hand side of the screen as a protester savagely slaughtered dozens of business owners with a chainsaw. Faint audio of the killer screaming, “This’ll teach you to ever open a business!” could be heard as blood splattered everywhere.
“Folks, I’ll be honest, I need to turn away from the screen. I just can’t watch this,” Blitzer said looking at Trump. “It’s…horrible to see. I this still America?” The host became so rattled with Trump he forced himself to watch the chainsaw man. “There we go. Seeing a passionate protester actually taking a stand. Refreshing. And a stark difference from what we see from Donald Trump.”
Eventually, the CNN cameraman was taken out by the killer, which went completely unnoticed by the network host.
